Insights

Bridge the gap between theory and practice with situational judgement and critical thinking assessments.

Talk to an expert

Designed to evaluate a candidate's situational judgment, decision-making, and critical thinking in real-world scenarios. It focuses on understanding how individuals analyse information, assess options, and make decisions under realistic workplace conditions, ensuring they can handle the challenges of their specific role and environment.

What Makes Up Insights Assessments?

The what

Insights is made up of a range of assessments and test formats that will be selected based on the dimensions you select in Phase 1, so the most relevant assessment will always be used:

  • Role specific Situational Judgement: developed to not only assess against the key skills you are looking for, but give candidates an insight into the scenarios they may encounter in the role.
  • Candidate's strengths: these assessments have been developed to assess the specific strengths you are looking for. Based on the dimensions selected, Insights will populate questions mapped to key strengths.

The how

By assessing individuals based on work place scenarios, whether that be as part of an SJT or scenario based question, it not only ensures face validity for candidates as content is always relevant to the role, but it gives clear insights on how they will perform so you can make informed decisions.
