Evaluate a candidate's alignment with your organisational values as well as those known to drive success in particular roles. By assessing candidates' values, the Vero framework predicts their Align fit score based on their results enabling you to see how well they will succeed in specific environments.
The dimensions you select in your set-up will determine the values you assess in Align. Align will then provide a breakdown of performance against each of these dimensions in your reporting tool.
