Tazio's transformative impact on high-volume hiring has been recognised at the TIARA Talent Acquisition and Talent Tech Awards.
We were Highly Commended in the technology category for the Candidate Experience Solution of the Year award, for our work with Pertemps Network Group and a major utility company.
The award celebrates technology providers that are helping organisations transform recruitment through innovation, efficiency and exceptional candidate experiences.
Our platform has streamlined and modernised the company’s high-volume hiring. During the programme, more than 14,000 early careers applications were managed as part of a wider recruitment operation handling almost 84,000 applications.
By combining automated screening, objective assessment and ongoing candidate engagement, our solution reduced manual administration, accelerated hiring timelines and created a fairer, more inclusive recruitment experience, delivering results including:
