Marketing Assistant

‍Role and Responsibilities

We’re a small team with big ambitions. So, we're growing our marketing department. You will be our third marketing hire reporting into our Sales and Marketing Director and collaborating with a small collection of freelancers.

Our Marketing Manager is busy laying down the groundwork so we can build an industry-leading brand and make Tazio a front-running name in the assessment and talent management tech space.

Key Requirements

Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, this is the ideal opportunity for you to shape the future direction of Tazio and be part of our continued success. To be considered, you will need to have the following skills and attributes:

• Degree in English/Creative Writing/Marketing
• The ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Implement actions from predetermined marketing plans
• Undertake research and competitive analysis
• Creation of social media posts
• Have excellent written/oral communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong copywriting and/or proofreading skills
• Understanding of HR/Recruitment
